3dOkieDrops Refunds & Returns Policy

The short version

We’re a small, real-world 3D printing operation—not Amazon with a teleportation warehouse.
All sales are final unless your item shows up damaged due to shipping.

Why?

Most of our items are 3D printed and made-to-order. That means:

  • No two prints are exactly the same (even if they’re the same design).
  • Tiny variations happen because 3D printing is part science, part chaos, and 100% handmade magic.

Returns & refunds

We do not accept returns for:

  • Changing your mind
  • “It’s smaller/larger than I expected”
  • Color preference regrets
  • “My cat doesn’t like it” (valid emotion, still not refundable)

We will consider refunds/replacements only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged during shipping, or
  • There’s a clear defect that happened on our end

If your item arrives damaged

Email us within 7 days of delivery at: admin@3dOkieDrops.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the shipping box/packaging (we know, it’s annoying—shipping carriers require it)

Once we review it, we’ll handle it case-by-case and either:

  • replace it, or
  • issue a refund (when appropriate)

Final note

We’re here to make it right when something genuinely goes wrong—just don’t try to return a perfectly good drop because you had a “moment.” 😉
